Integrity Legal is the UAE venture of UK & Co. Law Firm, Cochin, India, established in 1994. We bring the same careful hand to clients across the Emirates.
Our story
We began in India with a simple belief: people deserve a lawyer who explains things plainly and stands beside them. UK & Co. Law Firm has practised since 1994, from the district courts to the Supreme Court of India, in criminal, civil and corporate matters, including landmark cases for the former ISRO scientist Nambi Narayanan and for the families of the Enrica Lexie fishermen.
Many of the people we served in India had families, businesses and property in the UAE. Integrity Legal Consultancy was set up so that they, and everyone else living and investing in the Emirates, could have that same counsel here, with a team that understands both countries.

Our team
Our team is led by Adv. C. Unnikrishnan, Founder and Chairman of Integrity Legal and managing partner of UK & Co. Law Firm, and is made up of advocates qualified in India with practical experience of UAE procedure. The company is led by its chief executive, Janaki Krishna. Integrity Legal Consultancy is the trading name of INTEGRITY LEGAL CONSULTANCY LLC-FZ, a limited liability company registered in the Fujairah Creative City, Media Free Zone, trade licence no. 20710/2026. Our licensed activities include legal consultancy.
