This website is operated by INTEGRITY LEGAL CONSULTANCY LLC-FZ (trading as Integrity Legal Consultancy), a limited liability company registered in the Fujairah Creative City, Media Free Zone under trade licence no. 20710/2026, with its registered address at M1 Floor, Twin Towers, PO Box 4422, Creative City, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates ("Integrity Legal", "we", "us"). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
2. Information, not advice
The content of this website, including our guides, is general information about the law and our services. It is not legal advice and must not be relied on as such. The law and procedures change, and every matter depends on its own facts. Always take advice on your specific situation before acting or deciding not to act. See our disclaimer.
3. No lawyer-client relationship
Visiting this website, sending us a message or speaking to us before we have agreed to act does not create a lawyer-client relationship. That relationship begins only when we have completed our checks and confirmed in writing that we will act for you, on terms agreed in an engagement letter. Until then, please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information beyond what is needed to describe your matter.
4. Using the website
You may browse, read, print and share pages of this website for personal and non-commercial purposes. Search engines and AI answer services may index and quote our public pages with attribution. You must not:
- use the website in a way that breaks any law, or for fraud;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system;
- interfere with the website's operation, including by introducing malicious code or overloading it;
- submit false information, or someone else's personal data without their permission, through our forms; or
- present our content as your own or suggest that we endorse you.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design, text, the Integrity Legal name, seal and logo are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them, except as allowed in section 4 or by law, without our written permission. The library photograph is by Diliff and used under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 licence. The Cormorant Garamond and Lora typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License.
6. Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep the website accurate and up to date, and each guide shows when it was last updated. We do not promise that the website will always be complete, current or available without interruption, and we may change or remove content at any time.
7. Links to other websites
We link to government and other websites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the website or its content, or from the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law. Our responsibility for legal services we provide to clients is set out in our engagement terms, not in these website terms.
9. Privacy
We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, which applies from the date it is published.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Fujairah, and the courts of the Emirate of Fujairah have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of the place where you live.
