Lekshmi Gayathri is an Indian-qualified advocate with experience in independent legal practice in Kerala and legal advisory services in Dubai. She is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Kerala and has qualified the All India Bar Examination.
Experience
In her independent practice in Kerala she advised clients, prepared pleadings and legal documents, conducted legal research and represented clients before the District Courts and other subordinate courts. Managing matters from the first consultation through to court proceedings built her skills in litigation, case preparation, legal documentation and client representation.
From 2022 to 2024 she also served as legal advisor to a school, supporting it on institutional legal matters, documentation and administrative requirements. She then took a legal advisor role in Dubai, developing familiarity with the UAE legal and regulatory framework and the practical needs of clients seeking legal help. She has completed training in UAE labour law under CHRP.
