Indian case management for UAE residents
Living in the UAE with a case in India? We keep it moving, keep you informed and handle the documents, so distance stops being a disadvantage.
Running a case in India from the UAE usually means missed updates, unclear next steps and documents that need signing and attesting abroad. Our UAE team coordinates directly with our parent firm in India and other Indian counsel.
We engage and coordinate counsel, track hearings and orders, send you regular plain-language reports, and handle the documents, attestation and powers of attorney the case needs.
How we can help

We work with our parent firm, UK & Co. Law Firm, and with counsel elsewhere in India, so your case has the right lawyer in the right court.

Regular updates and reporting
Short written updates after each significant step, in plain language, at a frequency agreed with you.

Why our structure helps
Integrity Legal is the UAE venture of UK & Co. Law Firm, Cochin, founded in 1994 that practises from the district courts to the Supreme Court of India. That link means your UAE adviser and your Indian counsel already work together, and you have one point of contact across both countries.
Documents signed in the UAE for use in India
A power of attorney or affidavit signed in the UAE for use in India usually needs to be notarised and attested before Indian authorities will accept it, and some must be stamped in India within a set period after they arrive. Our guide to powers of attorney explains the steps. For a wider view of our work for clients with interests in both countries, see India and UAE matters.
Indian Case Management: your questions
Yes. We coordinate with our parent firm and other Indian counsel, track the case and report to you, and handle the documents from here.
Often not. Many steps can be handled through counsel and a properly executed power of attorney. Some hearings may need you in person, and we tell you well in advance.
It is usually signed before a notary in the UAE and then attested, typically by the Indian mission, before use in India. Requirements depend on the purpose.
Fees are quoted after the first consultation, depending on the case and the reporting you need, and agreed in writing before work begins.
